Simply enter the part number, vehicle model, or part name, and our system will provide a list of matching products. Alternatively, you can browse by category or consult our detailed product descriptions or compare image to requirement to ensure compatibility. If still confused, we advise you to consult the mechanic you are using to fit the part to confirm.
3. Are the parts you sell genuine and of high quality?
Yes, all the spare parts we sell are genuine and sourced directly from reputable manufacturers and suppliers. We ensure that each product meets the highest standards of quality and durability, so you can trust that you're purchasing reliable parts for your two-wheeler.
4. What is your return and exchange policy?
We have a flexible return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase or if the part is defective, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery. 5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery times vary based on your location and the availability of the products. Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 24 working days, and delivery takes an additional 3-7 business days, depending on your location. 6. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping within India. We are working on expanding our services to include international shipping in the future. Please stay tuned for updates.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and popular digital wallets like Paytm and Google Pay. All transactions are secure and encrypted to ensure your payment information is protected.
8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that it has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
9. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on purchases?
Yes, COD is available for most of the products listed on our website. However, we restrict the same to certain regions and order values. You can check COD availability by entering your pin code during the checkout process. A nominal COD service fee may be applied to your order.
