Shipping & Delivery Policy

Last Updated: 7 August 2026

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed with NV Agencies are processed, dispatched and delivered.

For information regarding returns, refunds, replacements and customer-fault Return to Origin (RTO) deductions, please refer to our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.

1. Where Do We Ship From?

All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Bengaluru, Karnataka:

NV Agencies
#2/3, NV House
H. Siddaiah Road
Bengaluru – 560002
Karnataka, India

2. Where Do We Deliver?

We ship orders across India to most serviceable PIN codes.

Courier availability depends on the delivery PIN code, parcel weight and dimensions, and the serviceability provided by our logistics partners.

For remote or difficult-to-service locations, we may recommend or use India Post where it provides better delivery coverage.

3. Which Courier Partners Do We Use?

Our primary courier partners are:

Delhivery
Delhivery is our preferred courier partner and is used for most serviceable shipments.

Ekart
Ekart may be used where Delhivery is unavailable or where Ekart provides a more suitable delivery service for the destination.

India Post
India Post may be used where Delhivery and Ekart are unavailable or where the destination is remote and India Post is expected to provide more reliable serviceability.

Many of our private-courier shipments are booked and managed through Shipmozo, our logistics aggregation platform.

The courier assigned to an order is determined by NV Agencies based on serviceability, parcel characteristics, destination and operational suitability.

Customers cannot always select the final courier partner at checkout.

4. India Post for Remote Locations

For customers located in remote areas, villages, difficult-to-service PIN codes or locations where private courier delivery is unreliable, India Post may be the preferred shipping method.

If you know that India Post provides better service to your address, please contact us before your order is dispatched and request India Post delivery.

Where possible and serviceable, we will arrange shipment through India Post.

Requests made after the parcel has already been handed over to another courier cannot be accommodated.

5. Do You Offer Blue Dart, DTDC or Premium Shipping?

No.

We currently do not offer premium courier upgrades through Blue Dart, DTDC or similar premium services.

Orders are dispatched using the courier options available to NV Agencies based on serviceability and operational suitability.

6. Order Processing & Dispatch Time

Orders normally require approximately 1–2 working days for picking, verification, packing and handover to the courier.

Orders Placed Before 12:00 PM IST

Orders received before 12:00 PM IST on a working day are eligible for dispatch on the next working day, provided:

  • the ordered products are ready and available for dispatch;
  • picking and packing are completed in time; and
  • the courier pickup takes place as scheduled.

Courier partners generally collect shipments from our warehouse during the afternoon.

Therefore, next-working-day dispatch is an expected processing target and not a guaranteed service.

Orders Placed After 12:00 PM IST

Orders received after 12:00 PM IST will normally be processed within the standard 1–2 working day handling period.

Sundays, public holidays and days on which warehouse or courier operations are unavailable may not be counted as working days.

7. Estimated Delivery Time

The following delivery estimates apply after the order has been dispatched:

Destination Typical Transit Time
South India & major metro cities 3–5 working days
Other locations in India 5–7 working days
North East India & Andaman and Nicobar Islands 7–8 working days
Remote / difficult-to-service locations May take longer

These are estimated delivery timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery may occasionally take longer because of courier delays, remote-area serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, transportation delays or circumstances outside the reasonable control of NV Agencies.

India Post shipments to remote locations may also require additional transit time.

8. Shipping Charges

The applicable shipping charge is displayed during checkout before the customer completes payment.

Shipping charges may vary between orders depending on factors such as:

  • parcel weight and dimensions;
  • order characteristics;
  • destination;
  • serviceability; and
  • applicable shipping rules.

NV Agencies may charge customers a fixed or subsidised shipping amount.

The shipping amount charged to the customer at checkout may therefore be lower than the actual amount paid by NV Agencies to the courier partner.

For successfully delivered orders, NV Agencies bears this difference as part of the shipping subsidy offered to the customer.

If an order is subsequently returned due to circumstances attributable to the customer, different rules may apply as explained in our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.

9. How Do I Track My Order?

Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the contact details associated with your order, normally by email and/or the available order communication channel.

Tracking information becomes available once the shipment has been created and processed by the courier.

Please note that courier tracking may occasionally take several hours to show the first movement after pickup.

10. What Should I Do If My Delivery Is Delayed?

Customers are requested to monitor the tracking information provided after dispatch.

If:

  • the expected delivery timeline has passed;
  • the parcel appears to be stuck at the same location;
  • repeated delivery attempts are not being completed; or
  • there is another apparent delivery problem,

please contact NV Agencies within 48 hours of noticing the issue or of the expected delivery timeline being exceeded.

Early reporting allows our team to follow up with the courier partner while the shipment is still active in their network and improves the likelihood of getting the parcel delivered quickly.

Please provide your order number when contacting us.

11. Order Marked Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with:

  • family members;
  • neighbours;
  • building security;
  • reception personnel;
  • office reception, where applicable; or
  • anyone else who may have accepted the parcel on your behalf.

If the parcel still cannot be located, you must notify NV Agencies within 48 hours of the courier tracking status being updated to “Delivered.”

This reporting period is important because courier partners generally require Proof of Delivery disputes to be raised promptly while information such as delivery-agent records, GPS information and delivery documentation is still readily available.

NV Agencies will raise the matter with the applicable courier partner and assist with the investigation.

Reports Made After 48 Hours

Complaints submitted after 48 hours may become significantly more difficult to investigate, and the courier partner may no longer accept or fully investigate the Proof of Delivery dispute.

NV Agencies therefore cannot guarantee the availability or successful outcome of a courier investigation where the issue is first reported after 48 hours.

Where reasonably possible, we will nevertheless review the available information and assist the customer.

12. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate:

  • recipient name;
  • delivery address;
  • PIN code; and
  • contact number.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately.

Address changes can only be attempted before the parcel has been dispatched.

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, an address modification may not be possible.

13. Delivery Attempts & Customer Availability

Customers should remain reasonably available at the delivery address and ensure that the telephone number provided with the order is reachable.

Courier partners may make multiple delivery attempts depending on their operating procedures.

If the parcel cannot be delivered because of circumstances attributable to the customer, including:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address;
  • repeated customer unavailability;
  • failure to respond to delivery calls or attempts;
  • refusal to accept the parcel; or
  • another customer-related delivery issue,

the courier may return the parcel to NV Agencies.

This is known as a Return to Origin (RTO).

14. Customer-Fault Return to Origin (RTO)

Where an order is returned to NV Agencies because of a customer-related delivery issue, the refund may be subject to deductions for the actual shipping costs incurred.

These may include:

  • unrecovered forward shipping costs; and
  • applicable Return to Origin shipping charges.

Any shipping amount already paid by the customer will be taken into account so that the same shipping cost is not charged twice.

Any applicable restocking or handling fee is governed exclusively by our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.

15. Re-Shipment of an RTO Parcel

If a parcel is returned to NV Agencies due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability or another customer-related delivery issue, the customer may request re-shipment.

Re-shipment is subject to:

  • the parcel being received back by NV Agencies;
  • the product remaining eligible for re-shipment;
  • stock availability where applicable; and
  • payment of the applicable re-shipping charges and any outstanding logistics charges.

The parcel will only be re-dispatched after the applicable charges have been paid.

16. Lost Shipments

If a courier confirms that a shipment has been lost in transit for reasons not attributable to the customer, NV Agencies will provide an appropriate replacement or refund after verification.

The customer will not be charged customer-fault shipping, RTO or restocking costs where the loss is attributable to NV Agencies or the courier partner.

17. Courier Misdelivery

Where a parcel is confirmed to have been delivered incorrectly by the courier, NV Agencies will work with the courier partner to investigate the shipment.

If the shipment is confirmed as lost or incorrectly delivered for reasons not attributable to the customer, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided after verification.

Customers should report shipments marked as delivered but not received within the 48-hour reporting period described above.

18. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to cancel the order if it has not already been packed, manifested or handed over for shipping.

Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If the parcel has already been dispatched, the applicable provisions of our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy will apply.

19. Unexpected Delivery Delays

While we make every reasonable effort to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur because of circumstances outside our reasonable control.

These may include:

  • severe weather;
  • transportation disruptions;
  • courier network congestion;
  • public holidays;
  • strikes or local restrictions;
  • natural disasters;
  • remote-area service limitations; or
  • other operational disruptions.

Where we become aware of a significant issue affecting your shipment, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with the courier follow-up.
