Refund: After quality check, refunds are processed within 7-10 days (bank timelines apply).

Non-Refundable: Shipping fees for incorrect orders or RTO (Return to Origin) cases.
RTO Costs: Deducted for undeliverable orders due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
Deadlines: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Products must reach us within 12 days of approval.
