  1. Courier Services: We partner with Shipmozo for extensive coverage and large partner network like Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart.
  2. Order Dispatch: Orders are prepared for dispatch within 24 working hours of receipt.
  3. Delivery Time: South India/Metro Cities 3-5 days, Rest of India 5-7 days, North East and Islands 7-8 days. Note: Exceptional cases might take longer.
  4. Order Tracking: Tracking details will be sent via email within 24 working hours of order placement and order can be tracked from here.
  5. Dispatch Location: All orders are dispatched from our Bengaluru warehouse.

Returns Policy

Returns Procedure:

  1. Initiate Return: Email us at customer.care@nvagencies.co.in or WhatsApp with your order number and issue for authorization.
  2. Ship Return: After authorization, send the product via India Post to:
    NV Agencies, #2/3 NV House, H.Siddaiah Road, Bengaluru-560002.
  3. Refund Process: After quality check, refunds will be processed within 7-10 days.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Returns accepted if the product does not fit your bike/scooter or if wrong or damaged product delivered.
  • Change of mind is not valid for returns.
  • Shipping and handling charges deducted for incorrect orders or failure to collect.
  • Return request must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products must reach us within 12 days of return request acceptance.
  • Returns received after 12 days are not eligible for a refund.
