- Delivery Time: South India/Metro Cities 3-5 days, Rest of India 5-7 days, North East and Islands 7-8 days. Note: Exceptional cases might take longer.
- Order Tracking: Tracking details will be sent via email within 24 working hours of order placement and order can be tracked from here.
- Dispatch Location: All orders are dispatched from our Bengaluru warehouse.

- Ship the Product: Once authorized, return it via India Post to: NV Agencies, #2/3, NV House, H. Siddaiah Road, Bengaluru - 560002
- Refund: After quality check, refunds are processed within 7-10 days (bank timelines apply).
Guidelines
- Accepted Returns: Wrong/damaged product or if it doesn’t fit your bike/scooter.
- Non-Refundable: Shipping fees for incorrect orders or RTO (Return to Origin) cases.
- RTO Costs: Deducted for undeliverable orders due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
- Deadlines: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Products must reach us within 12 days of approval.
- Unboxing Video: Required for claims of damaged/missing items.
