Ship the Product: Once authorized, return it via India Post to: NV Agencies, #2/3, NV House, H. Siddaiah Road, Bengaluru - 560002
Refund: After quality check, refunds are processed within 7-10 days (bank timelines apply).

Non-Refundable: Shipping fees for incorrect orders or RTO (Return to Origin) cases.
RTO Costs: Deducted for undeliverable orders due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
