Procedure

1. Request a Return: Email customer.care@nvagencies.co.in or WhatsApp your order number and issue details.
2. Ship the Product: Once authorized, return it via India Post to: NV Agencies, #2/3, NV House, H. Siddaiah Road, Bengaluru - 560002
3. Refund: After quality check, refunds are processed within 7-10 days (bank timelines apply).

Guidelines

• Accepted Returns: Wrong/damaged product or if it doesn’t fit your bike/scooter.
• Non-Refundable: Shipping fees for incorrect orders or RTO (Return to Origin) cases.
• RTO Costs: Deducted for undeliverable orders due to incorrect address or customer unavailability.
• Deadlines: Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Products must reach us within 12 days of approval.
• Unboxing Video: Required for claims of damaged/missing items.
